Claremont Artificial Grass Installation reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion, including jobs where site conditions, access, or other factors make the work impractical or unsafe.

Any changes to the project scope after a written agreement is signed must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, and the balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the project agreement. Claremont Artificial Grass Installation reserves the right to suspend work on active projects in the event of non-payment.

6. Warranties

Warranty terms, if any, are specified in the project agreement for each job. Any product manufacturer warranties are passed through to the customer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion. Website content describing benefits or general performance characteristics of artificial turf is informational and does not constitute a warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
